Customer service is terrible! Tried to deposit cash. Pretty simple right? Not at Navy Federal! Impossible to take care of business. Do yourself a favor and pick any other bank besides this one. Every thing is waaaay harder than it should be and they always have an excuse why you can’t do what you need to do!
I cashed a check at the Red Mill Road location . The representative I spoke to was super cool , although she messed my check up and I only ended up receiving $50 instead of $100 of my check . A week or two passed and I couldn't believe I didn't have the rest of my money ! I went the the bank off of Laskin Rd and the front desk rep was awesome .
