I know this COVID-19 situation is hindering a lot of business but to be turned away with an EFS check because “it takes too long for it to be authorized”, now what am I supposed to do? I have just one bank account with them and here I am unable to deposit my check because it will take them 2-3 minutes (go online and authorize ) to authorize a check.
Before Friday 8/18/17 I've never had any issues with nfcu. In the drive thru since 5:35. Watched the 2 cars in front of me pull off after no service. The drive thru closes at 6:00. We expected all customers in line at 6:00 would be serviced. Not the case at the branch on Court Street, Portsmouth VA. No one ever came outside or even announced on the call box that the system shuts down at 6:00 and no one could be served after that time.
