Great bank and customer service is awesome
I want to thank both Sherry on the phone for two hours and Arren at the MP bank for helping us through the horrible hacking of my husbands accounts. It was a nightmare and I felt so violated to know that some loser attempted to withdraw ALL of our money. Thankfully NFCU suspected fraud and closed our accounts thus preventing the loser from taking our money. I was sad as I had my account since 1981 but I will cherish the professionalism of both. Thank you again for helping us get back online.
