The $1,000 dollar ATM cash withdrawal limit is a ridiculous policy. You can go to any other bank in the area and take out over $1000 at any given time.
Very nice and pleasant in and out service
I'm so confused by the many low ratings. I have been a customer for several years. I have visited the bank in person dozens of time and was always treated extrememely well. I've taken out a checking account, a savings account, a credit card, a debit card, a car loan, refinanced a car loan, and took out a mortgage to buy a home. I honestly can't understand the negative reviews. I've been to this branch location multiple times, for everything from a simple deposit, to opening new accounts, refinancing car loans. They've always been extremely friendly and helpful. I've called online customer service and had similar experiences. Highly recommend this branch, everyone in it is competent, friendly, and helpful.
I opened an account with them since 2023, signed up for digital banking, and the moment I did I was unable to login with all my credentials. I have not used this account since the day I opened it. Been giving me trouble logging in or even recover my account. It is now 2025 and I still can’t!! App is very glitchy. You should be ashamed of the poor service you “provide” the military.
