The customer service at this branch is terrible. Every single time I go here it takes so long. Cheyenne at the front is impossible to work with. She gave me a hard time just depositing a check and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’ve even waited over 45 minutes to be helped before and ended up leaving instead. They need more staff and to train better.
I was so confused by the many low ratings. I have been a customer for several years. I have visited the bank in person dozens of time and was always treated extrememely well. I've taken out a checking account, a savings account, a credit card, a debit card, a car loan, refinanced two car loans, and took out a mortgage to buy a home. All went exceptionally well in every instance and the staff were always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Further, I use the app AND the website often and both are efficient and easy to use. The $1,000 dollar ATM cash withdrawal limit is a ridiculous policy. You can go to any other bank in the area and take out over $1000 at any given time.
