RecommendedI went to the Fountain branch of Navy Federal to become a member so i could roll over an existing IRA CD to their organization. It took all of 15 minutes to enroll me, give me answers to CD rates and types available. I told them I'd be back the next day to roll my maturing IRA CD to my membership account. Went back the next day, was treated very courteously and professionally, and got my transfer done in about 20 minutes. Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude!
I was very upset that there was no parking for customers because the employees take up so much of the parking that should be for the customers . There is no reason for customers to park across the street too handle their business . This is not the first time once they closed a lane so an employee could park their car under the awning cuz of hail. The customer service is great it’s just very hard to believe that they put themselves In front of customers.
Recently became a member and was assisted by Karen at the Fountain Mesa branch. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. During the time it took to open the account, she was engaged and kept the conversation flowing. I look forward to many more years of membership with Navy Fed!
I've been a Navy Federal member for over 7 years. Customer service has gone way down. I've called several times in the last 4 days for info on a money transfer from my friends bank. Everyt time it's been circle talk and every excuse they can come up with. When asked where and when it will be in my account. I get don't know what's going on and you can here in the background that they're not even doing anything to look or even make an effort. We went to mesa ridge pkwy the assistant manager was the one who assisted us. We went there trying to get info on loans and stuff. She wasn't helpful at all. She told us no for everything without explaining . She didn't find us options! I will never go back or recommend it ! Total deception
