The ATMs are constantly down in my town AND the lines are out the door. Very frustrating.
Would give you a 5 star, but your archaic policy of a 5 day hold on co-op ATM transactions prevents it. When the machine actually counts the money or franks the check, and it shows as a hard post in your account after 24 hours, but you still won't release the funds? not good. especially when you work as a server and the majority of your wages are from tips, in cash. The absolute best customer service! Every time I go into this branch I feel welcome. The staff are always friendly and helpful. During my last visit to receive a used car loan, Lori Walker was very pleasant and provided exceptional service. She went out of her way to assist me in my new purchase, and made the experience one to remember! Stick with Navy Fed! Fair interest rates and quality customer service!
