My husband and I are having the worst time with Navy Federal. We submitted all of our paperwork at the end of JULY to be evaluated for a home loan to see how much we qualify for. We were told it would take 7-10 days. It is now September 20th and we still do not have an answer. Every time we call we get a voicemail. Nobody calls us back. When we are able to speak to someone they say they will call us back or have a manager call us and nobody ever calls.
