Essence is the best banker that I've met by far. It was a 10 out of 10, absolutely amazing experience! She was very kind and not judgemental at all over my situation. She was very easy to talk to, and makes you feel seen and heard instead of feeling like you're just one more person in line and trying to get you out of the door as soon as possible. It is definitely the best experience I've had at a bank by far!
