Let me say that I am so satisfied! The customer service here is always 10 out of 10. Miss Erin was able to get to the bottom of my issue in no time, unlike the other branch in Fayetteville. I will strictly be dealing with this location and I appreciate each and every one of you!
This place is great, as are many of its employees, including the manager. Unfortunately, two employees seem to be having it out for my wife. Every time she goes, instead of helping her resolve her situation, they always make her life miserable and refuse to let a manager speak to her. They should understand that many soldiers give their lives for our country, and all we want is for them to make things easier for the people we leave in charge while we're away, and that doesn't seem to be the case.
