The worst experience we have had. They don’t call back, they don’t email, they don’t answer the phone. When you do get ahold of them they make you feel like it’s your fault.

I applied at Navy Army CCU to get a better deal and also support the local economy. Instead, I received a higher interest offer after Navy Army CCU disapproved my loan application. Do not waste your time applying for a loan at this credit union, you'll just get disappointed.
