Yes they are very good about giving their members loans, but all the ladies working there act like its a chore to answer questions. When I tried to refinance my car, I guarantee the girl wouldn't recognize my face if she passed me in the hallway that same day bc she barely made eye contact with me! When I reached over to shake her hand she was checking her phone so I let it go from the beginning. That shouldve been my first clue that they'd have crappy service. navy army federal credit union....please be advice a policy this year 2013, they charge $5.00 a month in your accounts calling it inactive fee's...I had 37.00. After ea@ $5.00 x 6 charge So I closed the account and they gave me $7.00 back when I closed my savings account. If you have accounts with them you might want to check. They never informed me they were going to start charging a fee for keeping a savings account very disappointing.
