I was 1st helped by the young lady who was checking in customers.She was very friendly and professional and she made me fell welcomed. I was then ask to wait for someone who could help me open an account.Her name was P. Constantly having to get new debt cards every other month, they are rude, don't answer questions.
For starters, I'm NOT affiliated in any way with Rally CU. The recent tropical storm (all 5 minutes of it) knocked over a large section of my backyard fence that Hurricane Harvey beat up. DONT BANK HERE. Had to close my account because of all these fees and unknown charges that constantly put me in the negatives. Just called for some help and some Edgar wouldn’t tell me his last name was very rude and sounded like he was in a rush. I was asking a yes or no question and he had an attitude the whole time. If you’re opening an Account for your teen Frost is 100% better no fees for 18 and under, no overdraft fees either not that that happens anymore anyway!!
