I've been with them since 1992. Customer Service is awful! I let them know when I'm traveling, and every time, they flag my account for fraud and freeze it. This causes embarrassing situations and no funds.They are closed on weekends, so no luck if you're trying to resolve anything. I have called numerous times to address this, and no one cares!! I am closing my account. Stay away from this bank; they do not care about your business and that's just sad, because they used to. :(
I moved to Tx in 2013. My credit was not good. I opened a checking/saving account with NavyArmy. After being with them for one year they gave me a $500 loan to start building my credit. 6 months later they financed a $30,000 truck for me. 11 months later they financed a travel trailer for me. Really need to take down all the turbo time banking signs down! It always twenty to thirty minutes at the drive thru! Signs r a joke!
