Please do not leave your loved ones in their care. Seven Hills Square in Rome, GA has been an absolute nightmare for our family—Hollie Bailey, VP of Field Operations (whom replies to these emails) is who ceased contact; do not, for a second, trust a Google response. IF ONLY I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE NUMBERS. They charge anywhere from $6000--and--up for care each month, yet the company doesn't have enough money to have someone-- a high student or retiree to answer the phone at the office or assisted living locations. I have been cleaning my mother's room after reporting several times of the issues and staff fail to address this in a timely manner. The bathroom was so disgusting this last time that I took pictures (which are time-stamped) and came back almost 2 weeks later to find it still wi... read more
