Over the years, we have worked with many lenders. I can say without hesitation that Navigator Private Capital has been by far the best. We have done many projects with them and their customer service has been nothing short of excellent. We keep going back to them because they truly want to be a partner with you rather than an obstacle. They always look for a way to say "yes".
Although at first it was difficult to submit documents, once I learned the quickest way to submit documents it took only 2 weeks to close a real estate deal. That's really fast! But then when I am trying to get the draws for construction work that we agreed to, they refuse to reimburse me. I am never doing business with this company again. They are so unprofessional.
We have been with Navigator Private for a long time and they have been outstanding. They are so on top of their business, so trustworthy and the most honest people to deal with. They are the best!
They are the most unprofessional organization ever. They make you send several submissions of their required documents because they are so poorly managed that they can't keep track of documents. Not only that but they wait weeks to criticize the scope of work so that I have no time to change Lenders. I am never doing business with them again
