I highly recommend to NEVER bank with navigator. Unless you like being lied to.. I had an issue with an account that I had recently resolved. I had asked multiple times if I would still be able to use the account after it is updated. They assured me I would, and even called the main office, and they confirmed. So, I resolved the issue and deposited a few hundred extra dollars with the assumption that I would be able to use it in 24 hours. Well, 24 hours went by, and the account was closed out completely.
