Here it is Christmas time again, I've gotten the $1000 Christmas load they offer for the last 4 years.. I didn't receive one this time so I emailed navigator about my Christmas loan and they email me back and tell me I wasn't approved?? So I email back and ask why I wasn't approved? Do not choose navigator if you need access to your money after 5pm. I’m writing this from the gas station unable to get gas for the 4th time this year. Not because I don’t have the funds. Why you ask? They have cancelled all of my debit cards because new ones are in the mail. Customer support leaves at 5pm. In this day and age everyone needs access to their accounts, and support if needed. This outdated credit Union has caused me more problems than solutions they offer.
