I found someone's card in a parking lot and have been trying to contact this Credit Union to find out how to get it back to her. I have been on hold for 29 minutes!!!! (On the "customer service" 800 number. ) My husband tried the local 228 number and has been on hold for 15 minutes. I would NEVER use this Credit Union Absolutely unacceptable

They'll walk you through everything step by step and they treat you and your business not only very professionally but also very kindly. Especially with TopTier Assistance from Savannah, Dory, and Bethany. They've especially helped make sure all my banking needs have been helped immediately.
Annie is caring carefully nice experience and made opening my account such a delightful experience.
The ladies at the Jackson Ave branch are always so welcoming and helpful.
Annie is truly the most helpful, kind, and professional! I went in very nervous, but Annie made my experience as a customer seamless and comfortable! Definitely would recommend this branch, especially this employee!
