As a Title 1 district working with Navigate360 has been a nightmare. We received a quote from them, put the ** in, to then receive an invoice that was larger than the quote because they added sales tax. They added sales tax on a computer membership, with no services or items given to the school/ students, only an online platform. For $3,000 to revise it to add on an additional $230 is unprofessional. The quote was not generic like they told me when I called, it had our school, the state we were in, the amount of students etc... read more
