Vanessa is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, caring and has a calming presence. Wouldn't have been able to navigate this tricky time without her being by our side and in our corner. Highly recommend.
5 stars for an absolute Star. Wouldn’t use anyone else for aged care. I can’t recommend Vanessa any more highly. She is so attentive, caring and thorough. She’s the go to on dementia and is so knowledgeable! Skip the rest, she’s the best!
