I went in the bank to open a new checking account. I was greeted and helped by Kim. She was warm and friendly and helped with everything I needed to do. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. The whole process was quick and easy. I am excited to do my banking with this branch!

The staff are always nice but as a bank overall, there is no 24hr help line. All the calls are automated. You can’t call your branch directly and talk to someone. I tried making a payment that Navigant flagged as suspicious, and then had to wait until their business hours to get my card working again. I’ve been a member for over 10 years but will be switching to Santander for 24/7 service.
