She was fantastic. I have citizens and they had, may still have problem with their bill pay. My wife's car note is with Navigant. I pay the note. Christine was wonderful helping me pay the bill before more overdue payments occurred.

Two weeks ago, I went in person at this NCU bank to change my address and to order a new batch of checks. I had to call the bank today because I never received my checks. Upon further research, the guy who helped me on the phone had to inform me that my checks were never ordered!! I guess the NCU teller was more concerned in handing me a card in pushing for me to provide a Google review with her name on it instead of helping me out as the customer. Kind of disappointed.
Christine in the Cranston branch is a pleasure to bank with!
