Love the Mendon road location! I always get top notch service, even if the teller doesn't know me personally, they are always kind and take a moment to ask about my day. I recently had Shala (who normally does not work at that Branch.) I asked her a question about CD rates and she was very informative and mentioned the free consultation for budgeting in 401k rollover.
Very professional, every one knows what they are doing . No laps in customer service. I love Navigant Credit Union and it’s employees 👍🏼 Just went into the Navigant branch at Mendon and Nate Whipple Hwy . Again great service, informative, simple instructions; a true pleasure doing business. Jan was very personable ,illustrating the true character of a community bank . Hats off to the quality personnel that I experienced at Navigant Credit Union 👏
Brittany was wonderful and easy to work with!! Explained the process and what was happening so I understood all that was happening. Also very patient, and responsive. 😊
