Had an issue that I thought would be quick and painless- changing my phone number. But it proved difficult. I want to highlight Janaya; who went above and beyond to help me out in resetting all of my account information. I could not access my new checking account as I didn’t have access to my old phone number. We got to switch everything over and all is well. She was so kind and patient through the tedious process.
