Not off to a great start. The car dealership had me redo all of the loan paperwork due to an error on someone elses end. That wasnt sent in until February. Navigant just got in touch with me 2/21/2024 via email. No statements or account for me has been created and I dont even have a place to send an unknown payment amount to them. My first payment is due 03/01/2024. I told them I cant possible pay on time since literally nothing has been set up and I was just contacted today. They said nothing can be done.

This bank is a scam. I received an auto loan from them for a classic car. Made every payment on time. When I made the last payment there was a discrepancy with the payoff amount and was never notified by them of the actual payoff. They then reported me for being over 30 days to the credit companies. I called and spoke to a manager there named Steven Z****** He told that they often have this problem and that once the payoff amount posts he will take care off it. Well the pay off amount posted. I have attempted to contact Navigant multiple times to obtain the 2016 property taxes on my home. Every time I call into Navigant I hold for at least 10 minutes. I called today and spoke to agent who placed me on hold. After remaining on hold for about 5 minutes or longer I was rerouted to the automated system. I would look this information up myself, however, I cannot update my phone number unless I visit their location. The problem with that is they have terrible hours, during which I work.
