Wow, I was just referred to this resource by BOA, just spoke with Cindy, and I asked for clarity regarding the privacy agreement, but Cindy abruptly ended the call! This just happened seconds ago! I was neither rude nor impolite. She apparently was irritated by my inquiry. Added: I pray that the call is recorded and used for TRAINING! I am currently on the phone with a supervisor at BOA to alert them of the level of professionalism, or the lack thereof, that I just experienced.
Very poor company they dont tell you the full details, they just let you get in and get you trapped, they mess up your credit.
I am beyond frustrated with this organization! I had an intake session with a customer service individual named, Sandra, and I spent over an hour on the phone answering questions. I was then emailed onboarding paperwork, and I have called/emailed her directly numbers times over the past few weeks with follow up questions with no response. I have been with this company for almost 4 years and I have nothing but great experience with them. I am on the West Coast so I do need to be mindful of East Coast hours but the customer service was always prompt and they addressed all my needs and concerns. I have officially finish my debt management program with them. There was a couple of creditors like Paypal Mastercard and Visa that they could not work with but for the most part I feel they made sure all my other insecure debts are manage with care . Thank You! I’ve been using Navicore for over a year. My payments have been classified as late since I started this debt management recovery process. I have proof of them making the payments yet still on my creditors showing late on credit reports. I’ve called numerous times, emailed about this reassured me this will be fixed it’s just “a matter of time” yet here we are. Credit report is still tanking.
