They want that monthly $30 fee so badly, they tell you not to pay additional money on your credit cards. Its sad. Ps. Its preditory to instruct people not to pay additional money on their bills. Your agent also indicated the $30 fee was a one time fee. Your agent behaved poorly. So the agent was deceptive and did not act in the best interest of the client. Im just giving my experience. Be cautious with the company you choose. I am super motivated now, so thanks.
