I have been with this company for almost 4 years and I have nothing but great experience with them. I am on the West Coast so I do need to be mindful of East Coast hours but the customer service was always prompt and they addressed all my needs and concerns. I have officially finish my debt management program with them. I’ve been using Navicore for over a year. My payments have been classified as late since I started this debt management recovery process. I have proof of them making the payments yet still on my creditors showing late on credit reports. I’ve called numerous times, emailed about this reassured me this will be fixed it’s just “a matter of time” yet here we are. Credit report is still tanking.
