I can’t for the life of me refer anyone to this company ! I called within 30 days and text about my sensors to my tires being off. The tires go flat every other day ! If I put my car in park it doesn’t recognize it and gives me error to shift to park so I have to jiggle the gear shift til it goes off. My son had a terrible experience with this dealership. They knowingly sell cars with hidden issues and high mileage, paired with extremely high-interest rates. The salespeople promised him a specific payment amount, but when the first payment was due, it was higher than expected. To make matters worse, if you’re late on a payment, they remotely shut down your car. My experience with this company is horrible ! First of all when I tried to give the car back they said I have to pay this money to get the car then every little thing they disable the car ! READ THE CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!! The car was in great condition, no concerns there. The cars are leased, meaning for a 11k vehicle you would cost you about 28k. Evening if approved from a primary lender, no company will finance a vehicle with a 150% markup.
Do NOT do business with this company. Bought a car, wrote them a check, was told I would get the title “shortly”. Day 20 started asking about my title and was told “we have 60 days to get it to you”. Day 59 of my temporary tag I ask about returning the car as I still don’t have a title. They say they are sending it via courier (I live in KCK). The courier came on day 60 at 4:20 in the afternoon and it’s a Missouri title so I have to get the car inspected. My temporary tag expires today. The first date available to get the ca... read more
