My Kia was stolen I had cpi coverage n auto insurance which is mandatory to keep when purchasing a vehicle from them they have yet cash me out for my car but instead reaching out to me for payment… I had coverage for this company n my own Insurance company Through your company it’s mandatory to have insurance it can’t even be late without you disabling the vehicle so how did my insurance not pay out… if they didn’t not pay out that’s on the company I made payment and your company accepted that insurance company for my contra... read more
RUN (DO NOT WALK) AWAY!! By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had, the cars are not well looked over or inspected before sale. The staff is lazy in my opinion and aren’t very diligent in explaining or helping the customers at all. They literally just make doing what I feel like should be simple business hard. I have less than a year left to deal with these people and I will never return.
