Just a bad experience is all i have to say
I pre applied back in March of 2023 when my suv i bought cash broke down I had a really good job making great pay but every car lot I went to said I didnt qualify with out a co signer which I absolutely did not want I was talking with a good friend and she told me about this place said her brother and a few co workers had got their cars from here I immediately did my pre approval and was qualified for a vehicle it was very convenient to do all the paper work via email and phone as I live out the way I did drive to put a good... read more
ETA 05/15/25 this is the most predatory company ever. I voluntarily turned my car in due to job loss. They “repaired” over 2,000$ worth but it was in pristine condition when I returned it. I never got the “gas card” I was promised for leaving this review and the $100 they offered the person who referred me didn’t come until we bothered them about it for 3 months. This place was a scam from the start of my experience. Refused to let me come in and complete paperwork. I was forced to read all Documents and sign via my phone. First mistake because the fine print has ridiculous stipulations. The total price of the vehicle was double the cars worth, almost triple to begin with. My car was totaled out and I immediately filed a claim with my insurance. They battled with insurance on the settlement for weeks. I can’t for the life of me refer anyone to this company ! I called within 30 days and text about my sensors to my tires being off. The tires go flat every other day ! If I put my car in park it doesn’t recognize it and gives me error to shift to park so I have to jiggle the gear shift til it goes off. Now I have a really bad oil leak after getting oil changed and filled up for it to be all in my garage and be told it’s something dealing with a gasket valve .
