ETA 05/15/25 this is the most predatory company ever. I voluntarily turned my car in due to job loss. They “repaired” over 2,000$ worth but it was in pristine condition when I returned it. I never got the “gas card” I was promised for leaving this review and the $100 they offered the person who referred me didn’t come until we bothered them about it for 3 months. This place was a scam from the start of my experience. Refused to let me come in and complete paperwork. I was forced to read all Documents and sign via my phone. First mistake because the fine print has ridiculous stipulations. The total price of the vehicle was double the cars worth, almost triple to begin with. My car was totaled out and I immediately filed a claim with my insurance. They battled with insurance on the settlement for weeks. I can’t for the life of me refer anyone to this company ! I called within 30 days and text about my sensors to my tires being off. The tires go flat every other day ! If I put my car in park it doesn’t recognize it and gives me error to shift to park so I have to jiggle the gear shift til it goes off. Now I have a really bad oil leak after getting oil changed and filled up for it to be all in my garage and be told it’s something dealing with a gasket valve . My son had a terrible experience with this dealership. They knowingly sell cars with hidden issues and high mileage, paired with extremely high-interest rates. The salespeople promised him a specific payment amount, but when the first payment was due, it was higher than expected. To make matters worse, if you’re late on a payment, they remotely shut down your car. My experience with this company is horrible ! First of all when I tried to give the car back they said I have to pay this money to get the car then every little thing they disable the car !
