Sarah Kirk was very sweet. She walked me through what she was doing, as she had asked my preference on that. She made sure I was comfortable on the heat bed and making sure I had what I needed for my back as I get lumbar pain. I got a back facial which came with all the things and a massage. Booked an appointment for eyebrows.No body showed up waited for an hour and left.No communication regarding the appointment. Very unprofessional behaviour.
I will be a forever client ! One of the best euro facials i have ever received, the products were amazing and my skin is glowing! Also, had a back facial - was my first back facial I’ve ever done and i will be scheduling more. It was so relaxing and Carmen walked me through every step which i love.
