DO NOT USE NAVI TRANSPORTATION Worst experience ever! They canceled my order twice with only a silent email no text, no call. Every time I had to call back and sit on hold 20–30 minutes listening to the same robotic sentence on endless repeat. No music. No callback option. Just pure torture. Horrible medical transportation company with rude representatives. Couldn't provide a driver even after confirming the ride one day ahead of time. During the time of pickup, when I called they told me either wait or call MAS. When MAS representative called them, they said they don't have any drivers at all for my mom's medical appointment. Why ask us to wait if you don't have a driver at all. Avoid this company at all cost if you are trying to make it to your appointments on time. They will do nothing but lie to you. They will give you a price to make you wait until your deadline and then they will come back and say to you that the price is higher they couldn’t find nobody and they couldn’t pick it up the day. they said they were going to pick it up. They are nothing but liars and thieves. I would not recommend this company to anyone I wouldn’t recommend Them to anyone they are one of the worst out there
Stay away, NAVI is deceptive in their advertising. Paid extra for "top level" vehicle transport and did not receive it. No Bueno!!
