Had a car shipped from Florida to Wisconsin and Navi had the best quote so I went with them. Everything went smooth the delivery was a couple days late due to the weekend otherwise I’d use them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. They quoted roughly $900 online to ship a truck. Then when you go to book, they asked if there were modifications, and raised the price to about $1100. They say the truck will be picked up in 1-3 days. The truck took over a week to pick up. There is no communication during the process and the only answers you get are when you call them yourself. Do not use this company absolutely horrible, they send you a text every five seconds telling you they’re fine trying to find a carrier and they never do, also try to talk to the manager and they have none just some phone service

Navi transport was a complete disappointment! They promised my car would be picked up in 1 to 3 business days, and for a certain price. 5 days later they say for $200 more they can move it. Because I expect them to honor the price quoted, they canceled my order, leaving me a week behind schedule and looking again. They made it very clear. They are only a broker and they can Do as much as the car hauling companies agreed to. This was a perfect example of bait and swap!

Why does this transportation company have their contract with MAS they don't pick up people in Far Rockaway Queens I don't understand I had a trip with them and they didn't even want to take the ride I don't understand Don't use them if you're trying to find medical transportation
