They will do nothing but lie to you. They will give you a price to make you wait until your deadline and then they will come back and say to you that the price is higher they couldn’t find nobody and they couldn’t pick it up the day. they said they were going to pick it up. They are nothing but liars and thieves. I would not recommend this company to anyone I wouldn’t recommend Them to anyone they are one of the worst out there
Stay away, NAVI is deceptive in their advertising. Paid extra for "top level" vehicle transport and did not receive it. No Bueno!!
Worst car service ever, do not use these scam artists. Claim to call and confirm the ride but never call and then cancel claiming you did not answer. Needed to use them to get to a doctors appointment and they totally let me down, were incredibly rude on the phone when confronted about it and lied to try and cover themselves. Never use this car service if you want seamless transportation.
Do not waste your time with these scammers. This is not a serious company. I am a driver with Shift Line Transit LLC. I had an order scheduled for pickup on Friday, October 24th. I confirmed the pickup time with the customer in advance. Suddenly, the customer tells me that the pickup location is closed (even though nobody told us it was a business address!), and that the vehicle could only be picked up on Monday. WASTE OF TIME!!!I had a very bad experience with Navi Transportation. I booked my car shipment from Pennsylvania to California for $1,154, requesting service on September 30 for pickup on October 13. Their customer service is terrible — by October 16, there was still no driver assigned. When I tried to cancel, they made it extremely difficult, transferring me around to a so-called “cancellation department” just to waste time while they bid online for a driver.
