Horrible medical transportation company with rude representatives. Couldn't provide a driver even after confirming the ride one day ahead of time. During the time of pickup, when I called they told me either wait or call MAS. When MAS representative called them, they said they don't have any drivers at all for my mom's medical appointment. Why ask us to wait if you don't have a driver at all. Avoid this company at all cost if you are trying to make it to your appointments on time. They will do nothing but lie to you. They will give you a price to make you wait until your deadline and then they will come back and say to you that the price is higher they couldn’t find nobody and they couldn’t pick it up the day. they said they were going to pick it up. They are nothing but liars and thieves. I would not recommend this company to anyone I wouldn’t recommend Them to anyone they are one of the worst out there
Stay away, NAVI is deceptive in their advertising. Paid extra for "top level" vehicle transport and did not receive it. No Bueno!!
Worst car service ever, do not use these scam artists. Claim to call and confirm the ride but never call and then cancel claiming you did not answer. Needed to use them to get to a doctors appointment and they totally let me down, were incredibly rude on the phone when confronted about it and lied to try and cover themselves. Never use this car service if you want seamless transportation.
