Do not waste your time with these scammers. This is not a serious company. I am a driver with Shift Line Transit LLC. I had an order scheduled for pickup on Friday, October 24th. I confirmed the pickup time with the customer in advance. Suddenly, the customer tells me that the pickup location is closed (even though nobody told us it was a business address!), and that the vehicle could only be picked up on Monday. WASTE OF TIME!!!I had a very bad experience with Navi Transportation. I booked my car shipment from Pennsylvania to California for $1,154, requesting service on September 30 for pickup on October 13. Their customer service is terrible — by October 16, there was still no driver assigned. When I tried to cancel, they made it extremely difficult, transferring me around to a so-called “cancellation department” just to waste time while they bid online for a driver. Bookings mean nothing, they will lie about arrival and where the car is that is supposed to pick you up in time for your medical appointment and waste your time just to eventually not show up at all. This causes a cancellation of important medical appointments that take a long time to even get the appointment. I am well aware that this company provides medical transportation and my review reflects that experice for that service.

This company charged me a deposit to transport my vehicle but never followed through with the service. After payment, communication completely stopped — no pickup, no updates, and no refund. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and look elsewhere for transport services.

Im a transporter and the problem is that this company charges a high price and then they want to pay little money to the carriers and that delays the process, these companies in the middle of the client and the transporters only destroy the market and do not provide good service.
