I really appreciate this company—the communication is excellent, and all of the drivers are safe and reliable. I truly hope the insurance companies allow us to stay with them, because I dislike switching providers. So far, Navistar has proven to be one of the best here in Ocala, Florida.

If I could give them a negative star I would. These people the frist trip we took drove to the point of throwing my mom out of her seat to the floor. Then the second time of being assigned for her transportation they decided to not show 5 mins before her apps and not say anything. I have tried to call to talk about this but they ha e blocked my number. This is the worst medical transport in service right now. They don't care about the people that they are picking up.

My client's insurance is using this service. I asked that Navi Star Transportation not be sent to pick up my client after they left us standed a year ago. My client had a doctor's appointment today and we didn't make it, the driver was very very rude. My client is 94 years old, the same driver was very rude to us again. They strapped her hands down. Finally I asked them to take her out of his vehicle.
