This is a nice little bank with capable employees. I only deposited some money using the Shared Branch feature of credit unions but I got a good impression of this bank as it seemed very homey and unique
I've been banking here for years. The team are top notch professionals and they are always available, quick & efficient. I wish I could give them more stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This place needs to hire more bilingual tellers. My dad has had many difficulties with tellers not understanding what he needs done because of the language barrier. My dad is portuguese & speaks broken English and even then no one understands. But on a better note, there's always extra help to solve the problem & tellers who know my dad for a long time that step in to help one another but even so, more languages at naveo would be helpful for everyone.
