Waited over 3 hours I recommend you RENEW YOU CAC somewhere else it would be faster. Worst service of any military installation I have ever been too in my 12years of service this office should be ashamed
I came in and forgot a document and at first they said they maybe couldn’t do it but Jim was able to work with me ! The lady was also very nice but Jim was great . So easy and even gave me a pass for next time! Quick and easy
