I'm active duty and went there yesterday to discuss with them putting my son back on my page 2 because my son is on college and he is now full time. Last semester, he dropped a class so DEERS took him off. I went up to the counter with a copy of an official enrollment letter from the school. All rude here especially the old lady at the desk 🙄. Avoid if you can because they all look like they hate their lives and take it out on the people here. Just because you’re sad and miserable doesn’t mean you have to put that energy on me honey!!
