This office and its staff are always welcoming. Even if the place is busy, they are very jovial and willing to help you get the service you need. Mr. Ortiz was the first to try to help me and was willing to go the extra mile to lead me to where I needed to go to help resolve my issues. Bianca and Ann, the office SSMs, were able to resolve an issue I had been experiencing since September. They were all amazing, and I can’t thank them enough.
Unprofessional and rude staff, would advise extra public/private contractor service training.
