Truck Drivers, the base closes for semi truck inspections at 2 pm sharp. They start at 6:30 am. Follow the signs for truck inspections when you enter base. Long wait times. Trucks Need to be escorted inside the base.
I lived there in the early 90s with family it was pretty cool. I thought they shut that base down years ago. There was this field called Jack Rabbit field where they would fly their RC planes. Not sure if they built anything there. It has been 30 years since I have been there
