We made an appointment and arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and signed in. Thirty minutes after our appointment time and watching them take walking ahead of us we asked what was going on. The man said he’d check, they proceeded to call 3 other walk-ins back. We asked again about our appt and they said your next and called another walk-in. Totally incompetent office and rude.
Don't be a walk in. Schedule your appointment in advance. Yes, its a long wait to get on their schedule, but we were in and out within 30 minutes.
The base commander and the entire ID office needs to be investigated. I don't understand how poorly run a simple ID Card shop can be. This is absolutely travesty. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!
If you aren't air force or navy dont waste your time coming here to get an ID. they dont answer the phone. The ID center is worthless.
This office is vital to serve Veterans and family members of Veterans. When calling this number you NEVER get a person and they play the same ridiculous message. Some people come from over a 100 miles to get an idea and need to SPEAK to a person, shame on this pathetic office for not serving the community and our Veterans and their family members. Your lack of empathy is truly shocking. Please don't give me "we're very busy" Do better we deserve better, I hope you get DOGE'd
