Managed to film their train in action. Did not see any "no trespassing" or "authorized vehicles only" signs on the road leading to this place and only saw any signs at the plant itself. I made sure to stay behind them. As I was filming the train unloading coal for about 20 minutes, a security guard stopped his truck next to me and told me the road leading up to this place is (allegedly) all private property?
