Terrible customer service, Been trying to pay back tax on a piece of land for over a year on and off. A whole $148.00. Finally got someone to answer the phone after countless tries but they can't take the payment, it has to be a cashiers check or cash... I live 5 hours from their office. They won't take a bill pay check from Chase bank has to be an old school cashiers check. It's obvious why the whole county is a ghost town.
