This has to be the MOST incompetent, lazy, and worthless court I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. Paying a simple ticket has become a process that even Satan would find frustrating and annoying. I tried to talk to the judge on 2 separate occasions, but apparently no one there knows the CORRECT time that open court is held.
