There are so many massage choices for those in the Boulder-Denver area. This one lies a bit east of Boulder and northwest of Denver, in Lafayette, CO. The location is in Old Town Lafayette--a nice place to walk around--and is easily accessible by car, bus, bike, or foot. I told Hilde (the owner) what I needed--mostly lower body work--and she delivered expertly. I recently got a Thai massage from Nava and it was phenomenal! I told Hildie specific areas of discomfort and while she focused on those areas, I got an all-around great massage. She was able to push me to the brink of my comfort zone, which felt amazing afterwards! Not only did my body feel great after the massage, but Hildie's overall personality and demeanor made the experience that much better. As someone who's gotten regular massages over the years, I was very impressed with Hildie's massage skill level, technique, and concern for my overall comfort during the one hour session. Hildie's hand strength was very good, as was her overall technique. Probably the most important thing is that she asked multiple times throughout the session for my feedback. I would come back to Nava Massage again and again, and can recommend this establishment wholeheartedly and without reservation!!! Hildie, the owner has knowledgeable and fluid sense of mind and body, and I would absolutely recommend her for both energy and deep tissue healing work.
