This is becoming very alarming. I hired Mr Nava in June for my husband's probate case and I have not heard anything since then. I've emailed, called, left messages with his secretary, and have not received any updates. I paid my deposition in full on my first consultation. The auto insurance company is not going to wait forever on his claim and I do not want to be left with more financial problems than what I have. This is very unprofessional.
