If I could give 0 stars I would. I did a test order with Nautilus via their salesman Tom. I was not told they were out of some of the items I ordered until I questioned them being missing when the order arrived. Out of the fish I did get, two of the gold fish died on the first day. The rest followed shortly after. I was severely overcharged for said gold fish. Now I’m out money because it is unfair for me to overcharge my customers. They regularly sent us sick and undersized fish. Did nothing to make up for the issues they sent us even with proof of said fish showing illness right out of the bag
