We had been customers for a very long time and had damage to several expensive pieces. You are given 5 days to report them. We got it in at close Wed and had trouble getting a hold of them due to most of them being in Atlanta for a show. We finally did on Tue. and they said we were late and they couldn't do anything about it!!! We are stuck with damaged goods.....
