I really like this store and have bought several items from them. However, I purchased a $4000 coffee table in OCT 2017 at the boat show. It is now FEB 2018 and I cannot get a return call on the status of my order. If I don't hear from them soon, I am going to contact my VISA and reverse the charges. So disappointing. We purchased a Map in December 2017 paid cash $1,400 and have not received order as of today and the Annapolis store is now closed. Does anyone have an update or been able to contact Chris the owner ? I know his Mfg Shop is in Sarasota Florida on Parkland Drive. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How does one check on status of a custom order which has been paid in full? There no return phone calls, no response to Text Messages, and emails are returned “undelivered”.

UPDATE: since the review I posted below I was able to get through on the phone. Apparently they had had a terrible flu outbreak. I actually talked to the owner who answered and he was very apologetic and explained the whole situation to me. He took my contact information and gave me an update on my order. I am glad I was able to talk to him. I feel like I have received good service and was simply caught up on a frustrating lack of communication due to an unforeseeable circumstances.
