I spent 10 minutes completing their ridiculous questionnaire to check in the day before my appointment. Then on the appointment day, they sent me 19 texts asking me to check in again. They wouldn't send me the link for my doctor, so I tried calling Lifestance, which took another 15 minutes to get to speak with a human being. By then I was 35 minutes late for my appointment, and we had to reschedule for another day. What a waste of time and resources for both me and my doctor!
