I just wanted to complain about one of your drivers. On my way to work this morning at 7am your driver drove me off the road on the freeway. We both got in the turning lane to get on the freeway and I noticed he was riding my butt. So once on the on ramp I moved to the left lane. When we got to the light to get on the freeway people were not using the lights due to bad traffic so everyone was just merging. I let him go in front of me after he rode my tail. Say. 1/ 11, 3:15, 35th and Cactus. Driver swerved in front. Had to hit brakes to keep from hitting. Then put his hand out and gave me the finger. Kind of stupid with the company name on the truck. If I need a forklift guess who I won't call.

Completely a scam. I called for a service call to check why I had no spark on my Cat forklift. Service tech. came out, after 2 hours, burned up the starter, did not check the electrical before the starter went. Sent me an estimate for 1700.00 which were item not even related to electrical My bill was over 500.00 for the service call alone. Once I replaced the starter, no thank you.Naumann Hobbs. I replaced the rotor assembly which contains the coil and I have spark. I do not recommend these people. Blair

Called Naumann/Hobbs out to have our Forklift worked on. We have now had this down for over a month and no results despite throwing several parts at the issue and trying to get a tech back is like pulling teeth!! we have had 3 different people come out all calling it a different issue.Through the midst of all this drama they laid off several quality people that i'm confident could have made the necessary repairs or at least communicate when they would be back. I would not recommend them to anyone unless all you had was time ... read more
