I had used Naumann & Associates several years ago for my Will and Trust. Also over the years I have called on them for some direction and advice regarding my trust. When it came time to sell one of my homes it was a simple choice to work with Naumann and Associates for the real estate transaction. We worked with Julia Lee on a rather involved real estate transaction, where three separate properties were linked together from beginning to end, and we could not be more happy or impressed with Julia and with this company. Not only did Julia handle all her primary duties, but she did so with a keen eye on efficiency. I asked Bob for some advice regarding an estate in Michigan and asked him about opening up an Illinois LLC. He actually advised me against opening up and Illinois LLC which meant I wouldn't need his services. Most lawyers have tried to get me to sign a retainer and Bob gave me a bunch of extra legal advice for free (way beyond what I asked for).
