Family was looking, as part of settling an estate, to sell some property In IL to a family member. Didn't want or need to go through a real-estate agent and pay those commissions so we sought out a good lawyer. Julia Lee, part of Naumann & Associates, and her support team did a great job of bringing us to closure. We, the trustees for the Trust owning the property are in TN so we needed someone we could work with over the phone and via email.
