Family was looking, as part of settling an estate, to sell some property In IL to a family member. Didn't want or need to go through a real-estate agent and pay those commissions so we sought out a good lawyer. We, the trustees for the Trust owning the property are in TN so we needed someone we could work with over the phone and via email.
