This is my local branch bank, I find the customer service always great and I barely have to wait in a line at all. The processes are always very smooth and fast and staff are always attentive. I have an issue with the decor, although a very small issue that doesn't affect the bank stuff, I'd like a refurbished branch store as it is very old fashioned and its design is very poor.
