Elaine provided a great service and was very patient with all our questions and was always willing to help on our visits. We loved Natuzzi's product range, and had plenty of options to choose from. The designs are very stylish and modern. The only recommendation to the company itself would be to possibly allow customers to play a bit more around with designs, colours etc. on the website itself with the modular options rather than limiting the facility to the showroom. Excellent advice and service from Elaine, and Canan, her colleague. We love the Natuzzi leather sofa we have ordered, and "Gloria armchair".
The service by sales person Kash was excellent. We were guided through the whole purchase process of our 2 sofas in a very professional way. The fabrics were described and shown in the best light. He has an excellent product knowledge and we were very comfortable to complete our purchase with him.
Elaine was very helpful and very courteous when we viewed the table in store. When we came back several weeks later, she remembered us and was not pushy whatsoever. We love love love this table. Thank you so much
