Horrible services from Natuzzi, Adelaide. Previous team including Joseph were very good, attentive and helpful. New team is horrible. Ordered dinning table chairs in October, promised delivery in Jan. We are in May and still waiting. No updates about delivery. No response to emails or phone calls. They take 50% deposits and still provide horrible customer service. Thank you owner for your response. Where were you when I requested response 3 times in last week.
