Jarrod and Suzanne are AMAZING, and the other staff are super friendly as well! Out of all the spa spots my partner and I have been to, Nature's Spa is definitely in our top 3! (Our other two are in DE and CO). I also really adore that they put our names on a shoutout board for our anniversary. We have now made Nature's Spa our go-to massage and facial spot in NC.
One of the most horrific experiences I have had in my entire life. They don’t even deserve one star. The massage therapist harmed me injured me bruise me on multiple places on my body it took me a week to recover. I upgraded my service with 6 add ons. I did not get one single thing I paid for. The owner refuses to refund my money and refuses to give me the massage therapist information so that I can report him to the board. I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was very soothing. And the copper tub!!! I had a wrap and body conditioning and was pleasantly surprised that while I was soaking in the copper tub I got to indulge in a cheese and fruit plate and a mimosa. I am pretty sure I floated out of there I was so relaxed and rejuvenated! Can't wait for my next visit.
I had an amazing experience at Natures Spa! My skin felt so soft and supple at the end of my facial and my massage was so relaxing. Their atmosphere is great as well. Highly recommend!
10/10 expierence from the massages to the friendly staff and warm environment.
